Is this is a pan tilt camera used via mouse.
❌ No, the Hikvision DS-2CD3151G0-I is not a pan-tilt camera.
This is a fixed dome IP camera, which means:
The lens position is stationary (non-motorized)
It cannot be remotely rotated or tilted using a mouse or software
You must manually adjust the camera angle during installation
It is designed for static surveillance of indoor or outdoor areas with a wide-angle view and 5MP resolution clarity. Once installed, it continuously monitors a fixed field of view.
