Credit Card Verification Process

All credit card details are subjected to an Address Verification (AV) process. Should the AV process fail, Sharp Imaging reserves the right to request additional proof of identity. Causes for AV Failure:

The billing address and phone number provided must precisely match those associated with the credit card used. Please note that Post Office (P.O.) Box addresses are not accepted for billing verification.

Sharp Imaging utilizes this information to corroborate the credit card details with the information you have supplied. If goods are to be shipped to an alternative address, kindly specify a “Ship to” address in the comments section of the order form.

Expedited Order Processing:

If Sharp Imaging is unable to verify your address via publicly available directories, we will require additional identification, which may result in a delay in shipping your order. To ensure prompt delivery, please verify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information. If delivery details diverge from your listed phone directory information, please provide a note in the comments box on the shopping cart page.

Promotions

Periodically, Sharp Imaging may issue promotional codes offering various discount amounts to select customers. Eligibility for such promotion codes may be contingent upon a minimum purchase value from Sharp Imaging.

Promotion codes are exclusively redeemable on the Sharp Imaging website and may be utilized multiple times within the specified promotion dates, as outlined in the respective promotion’s terms and conditions. The discount associated with a coupon code is applicable only to pre-specified products.

Each promotion code is subject to an expiration date as indicated in its terms and conditions. The discount associated with a promotion code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and not redeemable at any physical retail store. Lost promotion codes cannot be replaced.

Partner Logistics Service

Sharp Imaging partners with a dedicated Logistics Service for the delivery of all online sales. This service ensures that items are specifically signed for by the named recipient at the designated address. The applicable delivery cost will be clearly presented to you prior to the completion of your payment.

Delivery Times:

Standard delivery time is typically 3 to 5 working days.

As our Partner Logistics Service requires a signature from the person named on the order, you will be requested to specify an address where delivery can be made and signed for during business hours (e.g., your work address). In the event you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left at the specified address, instructing you to contact the Logistics Services to arrange an alternative delivery time or pick-up of your order.

Note: At present, Sharp Imaging exclusively delivers to locations within India.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the verification of your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the subsequent working day.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

The majority of products sold by Sharp Imaging are accompanied by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Should your purchased item require service under warranty, you may present it at any of our authorized outlets to facilitate service in accordance with the terms of the Manufacturer’s Warranty, or you may contact the manufacturer directly.

Return and Refund Policy

Sharp Imaging endeavors to provide a straightforward and efficient return process, subject to the conditions and exclusions detailed below.

Eligibility Conditions for Return:

You are eligible to return an item if any of the following circumstances apply:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): If the product is non-functional upon receipt and prior to any use, you may return the goods free of charge. A replacement will be supplied, pending inspection and approval.
  • Wrong Goods Supplied: If the product(s) received differ from the product(s) ordered.

Pre-Return Requirements:

Prior to initiating a return, please ensure adherence to the following conditions. Failure to meet all conditions reserves Sharp Imaging the right to refuse the return request:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, unaltered manufacturer’s packaging.
  • All original packing materials (e.g., plastic wrappers, bubble wraps, cable ties, battery locks, foams), blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitted within one (1) day of receipt of the item(s).

Ineligibility for Return:

You are NOT eligible to return an item if:

  • The order was placed under a “PRE-ORDER,” “SPECIAL-ORDER,” “Offer,” “Subscriber’s Privilege Program,” or any other promotional offer or scheme, as cancellation with suppliers may not be possible.
  • The item has been unboxed by cutting through the manufacturer’s packaging.
  • The item has been used or damaged.
  • Original packaging materials are lost or damaged.
  • Evidence or traces of box and/or product tampering are found.

Replacement:

Sharp Imaging will facilitate the replacement of wrong or defective items. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or a manufacturer’s equivalent model, contingent upon availability.

Exchanges:

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds:

Upon approval of your refund request, a refund will be issued to your original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account. In most instances, refunds will be processed via the same method utilized for the original purchase.

Please note: We are only able to refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
