The kit includes a formfitting camera half cage, a NATO rail attachment, a shoe mount attachment, and a left-side wooden handle with quick release cage attachment.

The half cage provides multiple 1/4″-20 accessory threads around three sides, an integrated shoe mount, and multiple 1/4″-20 tripod mounting threads, and it leaves the right-side camera handgrip and all ports and controls with open access. The left-side handle adapter mounts onto the cage with 1/4″-20 screws, and the NATO rail is then used in its NATO clamp. The left-side handle can then mount onto that NATO rail and be mounted and released quickly. The shoe mount adapter mounts onto the top of the handgrip for an additional accessory mounting point.

The NATO Rail Attachment for Sony a7S III Cages is compatible with both the full and half Tilta cages for the camera, and it’s designed in Tilta gray to match the Tilta gray version of the cages. The short rail secures to the side of the cage and allows you to attach NATO-mount handgrips and other accessories.
