Use of the filter holder is easily accomplished by first sliding the adapter ring over over the integrated hood of a Canon TS-E 17mm f/4L lens. While its screw-in locking pin helps to provide a reliable connection to the lens, the adapter ring accommodates a NiSi Circular Polarizer Filter for NiSi S5 150mm Filter Holder Kits or a NiSi Landscape Circular Polarizer Filter for NiSi S5 150mm Filter Holder Kits. When combined with the adapter ring, a compatible polarizer filter can be rotated to adjust its effect. In such instances, both external dials on the adapter ring allow for the independent rotation of the circular polarizer.
